November 2006: Our stay was over Thanksgiving weekend Nov 24 - 26 for a friend's wedding. Five of us decided not to stay at the hotel with the other guests ,and we were glad. We had 2 rooms. Ours was the Suite #4. It was spacious and lovely. Annette has done a great job with the decorating and the cleanliness. Breakfast was the icing on the cake! Both days we made time to visit the wineries. They are about a 15 min drive up the road. Annette was also so kind to call a taxi for us to go to the wedding the next day. We all would recommend this place to everyone. You just cannot beat it!
Fall 2006: I had the most stunning time at the Cairngorm B&B. I stayed in Room 3. It was so relaxing...I went by myself to be able to write - the surroundings were serene. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable time. My room was so cosy & the jacuzzi shower is "The Queen of all Showers!" - wow.
I went for a long 'fall' walk - the leaves were stunning along the River - I'm sharing a picture. This is right outside where I stayed! So pretty. I bet it will be beautiful when it snows.
Annette - thank you so much for the sweet & tasty breakfast. The fruit tray especially was so healthy & just what I needed. I will definitely be back.
Hi Everyone! I have stayed in a lot of hotels and bed and breakfast places in my time. Cairngorm Bed and Breakfast is the best I have been to yet. It is defintley the cleanest place I have ever stayed and very homey. Our room had a fireplace and hot tub. The entire building is gorgeous and extremely well taken care of. I love how it is down town right by beautiful
The Manager Annette made our stay so personal and fun. We were accomodated with everything and anything we could ask for (in advance). I know that she goes out of her way to make sure everyone has what they need and will also go to any length to make the guests feel like number one.
My favorite part was the breakfast in the morning. It was so fresh, deluxe and served at the time we asked. Talk about an abundance of amazing food and hot coffee! (My favorite!) I could tell Annette pays attention to detail and she takes the time to make sure every person staying there remembers it! If you're looking for an over all AMAZING experience, this is it!!!
We have stayed there and it was perfect! Very convenient for the falls, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had plenty of quiet privacy, and incredible, home cooked breakfast. The room was absolutely beautiful,and very clean which is important to me. The manager was beyond excellent. I felt relaxed as soon as I entered the place. Very professional, I wish I could rate it 6 stars!

Annette provides wonderful service and hospitality, making you feel welcome there before you even begin your trip by sending out a nice greeting letter with full details on what to expect. This was helpful because we'd never stayed at a B&B before, and didn't know how it differed from a hotel.
The accommodations were comfortable and pleasing. All the amenities were available for us to enjoy, and it was like being at home away from home. The house itself is beautiful and grand, and we especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony overlooking the
I highly recommend it, in any season of the year.
Note from guests from Korea: I terribly sorry for the terrible late!!! We really want you to remeber us and will never forget your hospitality and the beautifule house. Especially the breakfast. It was just PERFECT even though it was very early in the morning. We stayed just one night but if we go to the falls again, it would be no doubt that we stay there again.

June 2007: Cairngorm B&B is fantastic! My husband and I had a wonderful time at Niagara Falls. The scenery is beautiful, especially from the balcony. Annette made us feel like part of her family. The B&B was gorgeous and very clean. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. We can't say enough good things about our vacation at Cairngorm. We can't wait to come back again. August 2007: Thank you so much Annette, We have not been anywhere for a long time. Breakfast on the balcony was just the luxury that we both needed, and it was wholesome and healthy.
We booked with Annette again for the fall, we will again stay in The Garden Suite. The cleanliness of Cairngorm B&B, is unrivaled, again we both appriciated this. The closeness to the Falls and all attractions was an added surprise.
The house is absolutely beautiful. The quiet at night was wonderful as we enjoyed a glass of wine on the balcony.
