The B&B with exceptional service

Cairngorm B&B is located high above the Niagara Falls Gorge.  The view from our front balconies is breathtaking.

From the balconies you can, in the winter see the steam from the Falls and enjoy the fireworks displayed over the Falls Friday and Saturday evenings.

The house is a beautiful, sprawling home with oak and marble floors throughout.  The inviting grand staircase gives you a very welcome feeling.

Your host, Annette, is originally  from Denmark and has operated several service-oriented businesses in the Niagara area.  Annette likes to "go just that extra mile" to create a memorable experience for each guest.

If you have any special requests please let us know ahead of time and we will do what we can to accomodate, ensuring your stay at Cairngorm B&B is a most enjoyable experience.

A continental plus breakfast (fresh baked goodies, fresh fruit and yogurt) is served right to your room.

Each room has a coffe machine, iron and ironing board,blowdryer, cable TV and wireless hook-up.

Check-in is anytime after 3pm.  Check-out is at 11am.

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the B&B.

Also for the comfort of all our guests, animals are not permitted at Cairngorm.

Our cancellation policy:  please give 72 hours notice for a full refund.
